Michelle is a PhD candidate in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School. Advised by Prof. Marinka Zitnik, Michelle is developing deep graph representation learning algorithms to characterize drugs at a single cell resolution and to better leverage rich biomedical knowledge graphs for diagnosing rare diseases.
